Performance

ASE provides quality, reliable service for multi-dwelling unit complexes ranging from 100 to over 1000 units.  Our uniformed employees collect both recyclables and refuse from each doorway or hall.  The refuse is deposited in a centrally located collection area (preferably a compactor) and the recyclables are sent to be processed and reused.

Pride and a generous bonus incentive program keep our employees prompt, friendly and reliable.  Weekly inspections by our administrative staff and constant communication with the complex managing organization keep us in tune with special needs and ongoing changes.

Many of our customers are upscale, environmentally conscious and concerned about both their security and their surrounding esthetics.

ASE works with your management team from start to finish.  We provide you with a plan to consolidate your existing dumpsters, often to a single compaction site.  We deal with recycling processors and trash hauling companies every day.  When your maintenance crew has special needs, from yard waste and old landscaping removal to major renovations, we will coordinate the pickup and disposal of materials.
